1. Who we are
Rajasthan Pariksha ("we", "us") operates the website rajasthanpariksha.com, an online exam-preparation platform for Rajasthan government examinations. The platform is operated by Shailendra Singh Khichi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address and mobile number that you provide when registering. Your password is stored only as a bcrypt hash — we cannot see it.
- Learning activity: quiz and test attempts, answers, scores, and progress, so that your dashboard, rankings and re-attempt features work.
- Purchase information: the plan or item purchased, order ID, amount, and payment status received from our payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
- Download records: when you download or print premium material, we log which account downloaded which document, and downloaded files may carry an invisible or visible watermark linked to your account. This exists solely to prevent unauthorised redistribution of paid content.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies described below.
3. Cookies
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in; expires after 7 days or on logout.
- Language cookies (
lang) — remember your Hindi/English preference for up to 1 year. - Analytics — if Google Analytics is active on the site, Google may set cookies to help us understand aggregate usage. You can block these in your browser without affecting your account.
4. How we use your information
We use your data only to: create and secure your account; deliver the content and features you use; grade tests and show your performance; process payments and grant the access you paid for; prevent piracy of paid content; send essential service messages (such as password-reset links); respond to your support requests; and improve the platform using aggregate, non-identifying statistics. We do not send marketing messages without your consent, and we never sell or rent your personal data.
5. Who we share data with
Only with service providers necessary to run the platform: Razorpay (payment processing), our database and hosting providers (data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure such as MongoDB Atlas), and Google Analytics if enabled. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or a valid government order.
6. Data retention
Account and learning data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law. If you ask us to delete your account, we will erase or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except records we are legally required to keep.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, session-based access control, and rate-limiting on sensitive endpoints. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow reasonable security practices as required under Indian law.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing, by emailing us at rajasthan.conceptclasses@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change, and significant changes will be announced on the website.
