1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of rajasthanpariksha.com ("the Platform"), operated by Shailendra Singh Khichi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older, or use the Platform with a parent/guardian's consent.
Provide accurate registration details. One account is for one person only. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
We may suspend accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

3. Licence to use content

All content on the Platform — questions, one-liners, notes, test series, maps, explanations, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright law. On purchase or free access, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view and use the content for your own exam preparation only.

4. Strictly prohibited

Sharing your account or login credentials with any other person.
Copying, screenshotting, screen-recording, downloading, printing or otherwise reproducing content for distribution to others — including in WhatsApp/Telegram groups, coaching classes, or other websites.
Reselling, republishing, or using our content to build a competing product.
Scraping, automated access, or attempting to bypass access controls or content protection.

Watermarking notice: downloadable and printable material is watermarked and logged against the account that accessed it. If leaked copies of paid content are traced to your account, we may permanently terminate your account without refund and pursue remedies available under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Purchases, subscriptions & access

Paid access is sold category-wise for a fixed duration (for example 6 months or 1 year) or as individual items such as a test series. Prices are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Access activates automatically on successful payment and expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. There is no auto-renewal and no auto-debit; renewing is always your choice.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in or added to the displayed price.
Prices and plan structures may change; changes never reduce the duration of access you have already purchased.

6. Content accuracy & no affiliation

We prepare content with care from standard reference sources, but errors and omissions are possible, and exam authorities may change syllabi, patterns or answer keys at any time. Content is provided for preparation support only — always verify critical information against official notifications. Rajasthan Pariksha is a private platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to RPSC, RSMSSB, the Government of Rajasthan, or any other government body. We make no guarantee of selection, marks, or results in any examination.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. Where feasible we will schedule maintenance at low-traffic hours.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — in particular Section 4 — and such termination does not entitle you to any refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of exam opportunity or results.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
